- Regional exploration program designed to focus on structural intersections between the Carlin Trend, Cortez Rift, and Midas Trough ore trends
- Target is new high grade epithermal deposits, similar to the Ken Snyder Mine and new belts of deposits
- Regional metallogenic, structural, stratigraphic and alteration studies are complete and provide clear targets
- Four (4) properties have been staked, covering a combined area of 5 square miles (1,300 HA) at critical structural intersections
- Long term exploration program with a "mini-trend" or large individual high grade deposit as the target
